LEGAL AID COMMISSION ACT 1976 - SECT 13

13 .         Appointed day

                The Commission may, with the approval of the Minister appoint a day, to be notified in the Gazette and in a daily newspaper circulating in the State, on which it will commence to provide legal assistance in accordance with this Act  2 .
