LAND ADMINISTRATION ACT 1997 - SECT 277

277 .         Regulations about s. 73 advisory panel

                Regulations may be made under section 275 —

            (a)         providing for the constitution of the advisory panel referred to in section 73 and requiring consultation by the Minister with persons in relation to the appointment of the members of that panel; and

            (b)         providing for the appointment or election of the chairperson of that panel; and

            (c)         prescribing matters relating to the practice and procedure of that panel; and

            (d)         making provision for the appointment or other provision of staff for that panel; and

            (e)         making provision concerning remuneration payable to members and staff of that panel.
