260 . Improvements on Crown land, valuing for s. 35 and 92
When it is necessary
for the value of an improvement on Crown land to be known for the purposes of
section 35 or 92, the Minister must be satisfied that that improvement was
made bona fide for the purpose of improving the Crown land.
