Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts Subject to
sections 76 and 77, a mortgage of an interest in Crown land has the same
effect in relation to that interest as a mortgage has under Division 3 of
Part IV of the TLA in relation to land referred to in that Division.
