214 . Acquiring authority may require further particulars
(1) If the claimant
does not give full particulars of any matter mentioned in section 211(1), the
acquiring authority may, by notice in writing, require the claimant to furnish
the particulars within 30 days after receiving the notice.
(2) If the particulars
required under this section are not furnished within 60 days after the
claimant receives the notice, or such extended time as the State
Administrative Tribunal constituted by a judicial member may, on an
application under this subsection, allow, the claim is absolutely barred.
