LAND ADMINISTRATION ACT 1997 - SECT 152
152 . Objective of this Part and Part 10 as to NTA
It is an objective of
this Part and Part 10 to ensure that —
(a) if
the taking of interests in land under this Part affects native title, in terms
of section 227 of the NTA, the taking is a valid future act under sections
24MB(1)(b) and 24MD(1) of the NTA;

(c) this
Act is consistent with the procedural requirements of the NTA.
