LAND ADMINISTRATION ACT 1997 - SECT 141
141 . Boundaries between leases, Minister’s powers to change
(1) On the
recommendation of the Board, the Minister may by order provide that any
boundary between land under 2 pastoral leases is changed in the way specified
in the order.
(2) The Minister may
not make an order under this section except on the application of the lessees
of the 2 pastoral leases and payment of the prescribed fee, if any.
(3) The annual rent
for a pastoral lease affected by an order under this section is to be adjusted
in proportion to any change produced by the order in the stock-carrying
capacity of the land under the lease.
