LAND ADMINISTRATION ACT 1997 - SECT 130
130 . Not complying with default notice, offence
If a default notice is
issued under section 129(1)(a), (b), (c) or (ca), a pastoral lessee who fails
to comply with the default notice commits an offence.
Penalty:
(a) a
fine of $90 000;
(b) a
daily penalty of a fine of $2 000 for each day or part of a day during which
the offence continues.
