LIMITATION ACT 2005 - SECT 63
63 . Matters referable to arbitration
If, under an

matter referable to arbitration under the arbitration provision —

not accrue until the making of an arbitral award or the happening of some
other event in or relating to the arbitration; or
(b) does
not accrue at all,
the cause of action
nevertheless accrues, for the purposes of the application of this Act to an
arbitration under the arbitration provision, when it would have accrued but
for that arbitration provision.
