Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts A cause of action to
enforce an equitable estate or interest in land accrues, for the purposes of
this Act, in the same manner and circumstances as, and when, a cause of action
to recover the land would accrue if the estate or interest were a legal estate
or interest.
