or 56, as is relevant to the case, applies to ascertain when a cause of
action relating to a personal injury to a person accrues.
(2) If, under the
relevant section, the cause of action accrues before commencement day, the
applicable limitation period in that case is that which would have applied
before commencement day, whether or not that period has expired.
