LIMITATION ACT 2005 - SECT 17

17 .         Contribution between tortfeasors — 2 years

                An action for contribution under the Law Reform (Contributory Negligence and Tortfeasors’ Contribution) Act 1947 section 7 cannot be commenced if 2 years have elapsed since the cause of action accrued.
