LIMITATION ACT 2005 - SECT 14
14 . Personal injury, Fatal Accidents Act 1959 actions — 3 years
(1) An action for
damages relating to a personal injury to a person cannot be commenced if 3
years have elapsed since the cause of action accrued.
(2) An action under
the Fatal Accidents Act 1959 for damages relating to the death of a person
cannot be commenced if 3 years have elapsed since the death.
