LIMITATION ACT 2005 - SECT 10

10 .         Application to Crown

        (1)         Subject to subsection (2) and to sections 19(2) and 76, this Act binds the Crown.

        (2)         This Act does not apply to an action by the Crown —

            (a)         for the recovery of a tax or interest on a tax; or

            (b)         in respect of the forfeiture of a ship.
