Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) A body corporate
with perpetual succession is hereby established under the name “Keep
Australia Beautiful Council (W.A.)”.
(2) The Council shall
have a common seal and all courts, judges and persons acting judicially shall
take judicial notice of the common seal of the Council and shall presume that
it was duly affixed.
(3) The provisions of
the First Schedule shall have effect with respect to the constitution and
proceedings of the Council.
