Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) Any person who
incites, causes, counsels or procures some other person to leave or post a
bill on any building, fence, furniture, pillar, post, screen, tree, structure,
wall or other object on or adjacent to a public place or vacant land in
contravention of section 24A(1) or on or in any unoccupied vehicle in a
public place in contravention of section 24A(2) commits an offence.
Penalty: $10 000.
(2) Notwithstanding
any other enactment, the penalty in subsection (1) applies whether the
offender is a natural person or a body corporate.
