Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts If any person entitled
to any such action as is referred to in section 38(1) was at the time of
the cause of action accrued within the age of 18 years or insane, then
such person may commence the same within such time as is before limited after
being of full age or sane as if that was the time at which the cause of action
accrued.
