Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The occupier of
premises must not refuse, or intentionally and unduly delay, entry to the
premises by a person entitled to enter the premises under section 49H or
49I.
(2) A person must not
intentionally and unduly hinder or obstruct an authorised representative in
the exercise of the powers conferred by this Division.
(3) A person must not
purport to exercise the powers of an authorised representative under this
Division if the person is not the holder of a current authority issued by the
Registrar under this Division.
