Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The Governor may
make regulations prescribing any matter that is necessary or convenient to be
prescribed for giving effect to the purposes of this Division.
(2) Without limiting
subsection (1) the Governor may make regulations for any of the purposes
set out in section 113(1) to give effect to the purposes of this
Division.
(3) If there is any
conflict or inconsistency between a regulation made by the Governor and a
regulation made under section 113(1), the regulation made by the Governor
prevails to the extent of the conflict or inconsistency.
