INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS ACT 1979 - SECT 36

36 .         Decision to be sealed and deposited

                Every decision of the Commission shall — 

            (a)         be sealed with the seal of the Commission;

            (b)         be deposited in the office of the Registrar; and

            (c)         be open to inspection without charge during office hours by any person interested.
