Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The functions of
the Commission under this Act as to the resolution of matters by conciliation
( conciliation functions ) and the determination of matters by arbitration (
arbitration functions ) —
(a) are
to and may be performed at any time and from time to time as and when their
performance is necessary or expedient; and
(b) are
not limited by any other provision of this Act.
(2) Without limiting
subsection (1), nothing in this Act prevents the performance of
conciliation functions merely because arbitration functions are being or have
been performed.
