Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts A person who is a
member of the Commission may be appointed as a member of the Australian
Commission, and a person so appointed may, subject to section 22(2)(c),
at the same time hold the offices of member of the Commission and member of
the Australian Commission but not otherwise.
