Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The President has
the jurisdiction expressly conferred on him by this Act and in the exercise of
that jurisdiction he constitutes the Commission and he has and may exercise
such powers of the Commission as may be necessary or appropriate thereto.
(2) A commissioner
sitting or acting alone constitutes the Commission and, except as otherwise
provided in this Act, he has and may exercise while so sitting or acting, all
the powers and jurisdiction of the Commission.
(3) Where more than
one member of the Commission is sitting or acting at the same time in the
exercise of the jurisdiction of the Commission, each such member of the
Commission constitutes the Commission.
