Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The application of
this Act extends to health services provided within the 12 months
before the commencement of this Act.
(2) A complaint to
which subsection (1) applies that would otherwise be out of time under
section 24 may be accepted by the Director if, in the opinion of the
Director, it is made within a reasonable time after the commencement of this
Act.
