Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts The Governor may make
regulations —
(a) in
respect of complaints, conciliation, investigations, reports, returns, notices
and procedures provided for by this Act;
(b)
prescribing forms to be used for the purposes of this Act; and
(c)
generally prescribing any matter or thing required or permitted by this
Act to be prescribed or necessary to be prescribed to give effect to this
Act.
