Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) Proceedings for an
offence against this Act may be taken in the name of the Director by the
Director or any person authorised by the Director.
(2) In any proceedings
no proof is required of the appointment of the Director but a statement in a
complaint that a person is the Director or is authorised by the Director under
subsection (1) is to be taken to be proved in the absence of evidence to
the contrary.
