Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The Director is to
establish and maintain a register of —
(a)
complaints made under Part 3; and
(b)
complaints shown on returns supplied by providers under section 75.
(2) A register under
this section may be maintained —
(a) by
making entries in or on a bound or loose-leaf book; or
(b) by
recording or storing the particulars to be entered in the register by means of
a mechanical, electronic or other device, but so that the particulars so
recorded or stored —
(i)
will remain in the form in which they were originally
recorded or stored; and
(ii)
will be capable of being reproduced in written form.
(3) The form and
contents of the register are to be determined by the Director.
