HEALTH SERVICES (CONCILIATION AND REVIEW) ACT 1995 - SECT 62

62 .         Failure to attend, take oath etc.

        (1)         A person must not, without lawful excuse, refuse or fail — 

            (a)         to attend; or

            (b)         to produce a book, document, or record,

                as required by a notice under section 60.

        Penalty: $2 500.

        (2)         A person must not, without lawful excuse, refuse or fail to be sworn or make an affirmation when required to do so under section 60.

        Penalty: $2 500.
