Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) If a complaint is
referred to a registration board under section 31 or 43(3), the
board —
(a) must
investigate the matter to determine whether or not further action should be
taken in accordance with the Act mentioned in Schedule 1 by which the
board is established.

(2) When referring a
complaint to a registration board under section 31 or 43(3) the Director
may give to the board any relevant information or evidence in the
Director’s possession.
