Western Australian Consolidated Acts If a complaint, or an
element of a complaint, relates to a registered provider and in the
Director’s opinion the complaint —
(a) is
not suitable for conciliation or investigation; or
(b)
should be dealt with by a registration board,
the Director
may —
(c)
after consultation with that board; and
(d) with
the written consent of the person who made the complaint,
refer the complaint,
or the element of the complaint, to that board for action under
section 54(1).
