HEALTH SERVICES (CONCILIATION AND REVIEW) ACT 1995 - SECT 21

21 .         Representative not to be paid

                A person must not demand or receive any remuneration for acting as a representative of a user for the purposes of this Part.

        Penalty:         $1 000 for a first offence;

                $10 000 for any subsequent offence.
