Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The provisions of
this Act come into operation on such day as is, or days as are
respectively, fixed by proclamation 1 .
(2) If any provision
of this Act does not come into operation within the period of
18 months from the day on which this Act receives the Royal Assent,
that provision comes into operation on the first day after the end of that
period.
