Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The Director may
by instrument in writing delegate to a member of the staff of the Office the
performance of any of the functions of the Director under this Act, but not
including the power to delegate under this section.
(2) A delegation may
be general or as otherwise provided by the instrument of delegation.
(3) A delegate remains
subject to the direction and control of the Director.
(4) Performance of a
function by a delegate is to be treated as performance by the Director.
