Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) An agency special
purpose account called the Office of Health Review Account is established
under section 16 of the Financial Management Act 2006 to
which —
(a) all
funds of the Office are to be credited; and
(b) all
expenditure incurred by the Office is to be charged.

(3) The provisions of
the Financial Management Act 2006 and the Auditor General Act 2006
regulating the financial administration, audit and reporting of statutory
authorities apply to and in respect of the Office and its operations.
