HUMAN REPRODUCTIVE TECHNOLOGY ACT 1991 - SECT 53ZI
53ZI . Notification of variation, suspension, revocation or surrender of licence
If the NHMRC Licensing
Committee varies, suspends or revokes a licence, or a licence is surrendered,
the Committee must notify —
(a) the
licence holder; and
(b) the
HREC to which the NHMRC Licensing Committee notified its decision on the
application for the licence under section 53ZC; and
(c) the
CEO.
