Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The NHMRC
Licensing Committee may, by notice in writing given to the licence holder,
suspend or revoke a licence if the Committee believes on reasonable grounds
that a condition of the licence has been breached.
(2) If a licence
holder is convicted of an offence under this Division, a corresponding law,
Part 4A or the Prohibition of Human Cloning Act 2002 of the
Commonwealth, the NHMRC Licensing Committee must, by notice in writing given
to the licence holder, revoke each licence held by the licence holder.
