Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) A person commits a
crime if the person engages in conduct that contravenes a condition of a
licence that applies to the person.
Penalty: A fine of 300 penalty units or
imprisonment for 5 years or both.
Summary conviction penalty: A fine of 60 penalty
units or imprisonment for 12 months or both.
(2) In this
section —
engage in conduct means —
(a) do
an act; or
(b) omit
to perform an act.
