Western Australian Consolidated Acts A person commits a
crime if the person develops a human embryo outside the body of a woman for a
period of more than 14 days, excluding any period when development is
suspended.
Penalty: A fine of 600 penalty units or
imprisonment for 10 years or both.
Summary conviction penalty: A fine of 120 penalty
units or imprisonment for 2 years.
