HUMAN REPRODUCTIVE TECHNOLOGY ACT 1991 - SECT 53F

53F .         No defence that human embryo clone could not survive

                It is not a defence to an offence under section 53C, 53D or 53E that the human embryo clone did not survive or could not have survived.
