HUMAN REPRODUCTIVE TECHNOLOGY ACT 1991 - SECT 53C

53C .         Offence — creating a human embryo clone

                A person commits a crime if the person creates a human embryo clone.

        Penalty: A fine of 900 penalty units or imprisonment for 15 years or both.
