HUMAN REPRODUCTIVE TECHNOLOGY ACT 1991 - SECT 36A

36A .         Referring to State Administrative Tribunal a matter leading to a section 36(2a) notice

                Within 14 days of giving a notice under section 36(2a), if that notice is not revoked under section 36(2c), the CEO shall refer the matter in respect of which the notice was made to the State Administrative Tribunal.
