Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts A contravention of a
condition or a direction applicable to a licence or exemption,
whether —
(a)
applicable generally under this Act;
(b)
applicable to licences or exemptions of a particular kind or in particular
circumstances; or
(c)
specifically imposed on or given in relation to that licence or exemption or a
particular matter,
shall not be taken to
be an offence, unless the regulations specifically otherwise provide, but any
such contravention may constitute grounds for disciplinary action and may be
taken into account in considering any application.
