Western Australian Consolidated Acts A person is a visiting
health professional for the purposes of this Act if —
(a) the
person is an individual who is a resident of another country;
(b) the
person is appointed, employed, contracted or otherwise engaged to provide
health care services to a visitor;
(c) the
person is not registered; and
(d)
notice is given of the person’s intention to provide health care
services in the State to a visitor in accordance with the procedure specified
in the order under section 6 declaring the special event.
