Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) A complaint may
not be made about a visiting health professional under the
Health Services (Conciliation and Review) Act 1995 or a Health
Registration Act and no disciplinary action may be taken against a visiting
health professional under those Acts.
(2) This section does
not prevent the bringing of proceedings for an offence under an Act referred
to in subsection (1).
