HEALTH (MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS) ACT 1911 - SECT 344B
344B . Evidence of contents of standard etc. adopted
In any proceedings
under this Act, production of a copy of a standard, rule, code or other
provision adopted under section 344A(1) purporting to be certified by the CEO
or the Chief Health Officer to be a true copy as at any date or during any
period is, without proof of the signature of the CEO or the Chief Health
Officer, sufficient evidence of the contents of the standard, rule, code or
other provision as at that date or during that period.
