HEALTH (MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS) ACT 1911 - SECT 152
152. Notification of disease
Every such keeper
shall, immediately it comes within his knowledge that a person in such house
is affected with any infectious disease, give notice thereof to the Chief
Health Officer and to the secretary of the local government.
