Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts The Council shall in
so far as is practicable ensure that all public authorities responsible for
planning matters, and in relation to any proposal known to the Council all
decision-making authorities empowered in respect to that proposal, are made
aware of the provisions of this Act as they apply in relation to any place
thereby affected and of the information available to the Council that relates
to that place.
