Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The Council shall
keep available for public inspection, during normal office hours and at a
convenient place or places, copies of the Register, and also copies of all
records compiled under section 44.
(2) A public authority
furnished by the Council with particulars or copies or extracts of the
Register or of any record compiled under section 44 shall, if so required
by the Council, make that information available for public inspection on
request during normal office hours.
