Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts Where the Minister is
of the opinion that a group of places together form a precinct which is of
cultural heritage significance notwithstanding that each place within the
precinct does not itself have cultural heritage significance, he may, in
accordance with section 47, direct the Council to enter that group of
places in the Register as an historic precinct.
