HERITAGE OF WESTERN AUSTRALIA ACT 1990 - SECT 39

39 .         Orders subject to disallowance

                An Order made under section 38 shall be laid before each House of Parliament, and section 42 of the Interpretation Act 1984 shall apply to the Order, as though it were a regulation.
